Veos Intelligence

Terms of Use

Version 2026-07-09 · Effective July 9, 2026

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using Veos Intelligence (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement, and that any information you provide is accurate. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. What the Service is

Veos Intelligence is a construction-demand intelligence terminal for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. It aggregates publicly available data and combines it with automated agents, models, and estimates to surface market demand, awarded work, discipline trends, cost structure, and related intelligence.

3. AI & data-accuracy disclaimer

The Service is AI-assisted and blends live public-source data with models, estimates, and clearly-labeled sample data where a live source is not available. Automated systems can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.

Figures, scores (including the CDI), opportunity values, cost benchmarks, discipline allocations, matches, and recommendations are indicative — not guarantees. Data changes over time and may be revised without notice. Labels such as "verified," "parsed," or "estimated" describe the source and method, not a warranty of accuracy for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

4. Not professional advice

The Service does not provide legal, financial, engineering, procurement, or investment advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such. Do not make bidding, pursuit, hiring, investment, or other business decisions solely on the basis of the Service. Independently confirm figures and consult qualified professionals as appropriate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data or accounts you are not authorized to; scraping, bulk-extracting, or reselling data except as expressly permitted by your plan; interfering with the Service's operation or security; or using it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

6. Accounts, plans & billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan features and limits may change.

7. Third-party & public data

The Service draws on public and third-party data sources (for example federal award records, census and agency data, and other public feeds). Those sources are owned by their respective providers, are subject to their own terms, and may be unavailable, delayed, or changed at any time. Veos Intelligence does not endorse or guarantee third-party data or sites it links to.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veos Engineering and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the version and ask you to accept them again before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
